Everyone loves a happy ending... but every story must have a beginning.
What's your beginning? What led you here as a couple? Who are you going to celebrate with? Who are you going to remember on your wedding day? And when did you know your love was the one for you? And what are you most looking forward to in the future?
It's important to think of these things from time to time; both before your wedding day and after. Because your story began long before today and it will continue after the day has concluded...
Me & My Wife
I've always loved a camera.
My passion for being behind a camera began in my early 20's. What started out as photography quickly evolved into videography due to the feeling I got while telling a story. While photography is so very important, nothing tells a story like video.
My first few videos started out like many videographers do: just simply capturing things around the house or something that might interest you. For me it was the car scene and NC State Football; both I had a blast capturing.
Then one day my wife and I had a family friend ask if I would be interested in capturing their wedding day. One wedding video in 2017 has turned into a business, meeting dozens of couples, their families, and telling their story that can be passed down to generations.
It's all in the details...
I enjoy the process more than the result. Meaning there's so much that goes into each video that a truly great videographer excels at more than just video and musical selection. Do they take the time to properly color grade your content? When you watch a video do you hear any sound design - wind, birds, undertone, etc.? All of this is not done by accident, nor is it something that most take the time to include. I DO. My content matters more to ME than someone telling me that they enjoy my content.

Obviously, wedding planning can stressful but my goal is to be a guide when needed. As I get to know you I can help direct based on who you are, what's most important to you, and even make recommendations for topics such as the wedding day timeline and shot list.

My Family. Myself. You.
Creating any film is fascinating to me but knowing that it will likely live on the internet long after I'm gone motivates me beyond measure going into each project.
The thought that my family can view these wedding films after I'm gone is something that truly inspires me. Sure I'm not your wedding film but the fact they can one day look back at some of these projects and say... "My Husband filmed this" or "My Daddy created this" nearly stops me in my steps.
With each Wedding Film I try something new. Something that pushes me beyond the last project. It might be subtle but there's always a technique, shot, or sound design I'm improving on verses the last film.
Lastly, I know that if I've moved you to tears, made you smile, or made the hair on your arms stand up during one of my films then I've done my job. I want your Wedding Film to be one of the best gifts you can give your family for generations to come...
